Spring is here, and we’re excited to offer a full lineup of support groups, educational programs, and community gatherings throughout April! Whether you’re looking to connect over coffee, gain valuable insights from medical experts, or join a virtual crafting session, there’s something for everyone. This month, we’ll be focusing on advocacy, medical appointment preparation, stress management, and treatment education, along with plenty of opportunities to build relationships within the MG community. Dr. Mazen M. Dimachkie, a distinguished expert in the field of neurology, will lead a discussion on thymectomy, a surgical procedure that involves the removal of the thymus gland. Thymectomy is often considered as a treatment option for patients with Myasthenia Gravis, as it can help reduce symptoms and improve muscle strength.

Monday April 28, 2025 | Virtual Monthly Meet-Up

Join us as we host Jori Houck with the Muscular Dystrophy Association who will provide advocacy updates, the current landscape for Medicaid. We’ll also cover key legislative efforts, what’s ahead for access to care, and how you can get involved.
